AnswerSpam Quarantine Notification: Possible to change delegate?

    Hi,
We have a distribution list labeled level1@somecompany.com which gets forwarded to our blackberries with level1 notification. I'd like to know if there is a way to change the delegate of this account and have the SPAM Quarantine Notification sent to a different address in our organization?

This would avoid getting level1 notifications to all our blackberry users during the middle of the night

    Thanks

Our main problem is that the spam quarantine notifications are sent to our level1@somecompany.com (as expected) with a Level1 flag and therefore wakes us up during the night

I tried setting an override email filter on the blackberry to NOT forward it to the blackberry but this is somehow...overridden at the BES level

    Hello,

Microsoft Online is now offering a new Spam / Quarantine configuration, so that messages suspected as Spam by our server are delivered to your mailbox and moved to your Junk folder.

This would both eliminate  Spam notifications and allow immediate access to these messages to either delete or read.

This would apply to all users in your company. If this is something you would like, please open a Service Request using a method specified here http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc742651.aspx so that we can assist you.

    Hope this helps,

    Hi Justin,
    Thanks for your reply.

With the level of spam that we receive on a daily basis, this would have such an impact on our bandwidth and also clog our mail inboxes that it is not a sustainable option for us.

So you are telling us there is no way to have our spam quarantine notification for our level1@somecompany.com account/alias sent to anotheralias@somecompany.com?

    Hello,

I would highly suggest contacting us so we can communicate to you your current configuration as what are possible configurations of our services without divulging possible confidential information (your current config) in a public forum.

    Hope this helps,
