Help converting POP to Microsoft Exchange

Monday, June 18, 2012 2:58 PMI need very simplified help. I had a POP profile set up on Outlook 2007. It has my contacts and my folders, rules, and all my emails pulled off the original server. I had to upgrade to exchange for the space. I need all of the profile information from the POP account including the folders and emails moved over to my exchange account. I am not overly technically inclined, but I do know some things and I need to get this done ASAP. It is affecting my business!
