need to copy back mails to exchange server through IMAP

Hi
I have the exchange online for Office mail. And used to connect to it using IMAP in Outlook 2010.
By mistake i have downloaded all mails in my server to local pst and those mails were removed from server.
Now is there any way that i can put mails back on server?
Please note i have a kiosk license so only IMAP is going to connect Outlook
