sender info disappear

Hello
when received a mail the sender information (email address) will disappear at the email message.I use outlook 2003 and sender use exchange 2000.
which side has problem?

The easiest way to find out is to access the email via OWA or another mail client. If the address doesn't disappear, it is the mail client's issue.
