Notes to Exchange 2010 migration - How to migrate Rules , Stationaries and Inline Images

Hi ,
We are in process if migrating notes 6.x , 7.x and few 8.x servers to Exchange 2010 , I would like to know how can we migrate "Rules , Stationary and Inline Images in the mailfile" to Exchange 2010. Kindly advice.

There are partners that perform these types of migrations, such as Quest Tools and Binary Tree that may be able to assist.
