Hi,
I received this error message
Microsoft Online Services did not register a synchronization attempt from the Microsoft Online Services Directory Synchronization Tool in the last 48 hours.
Please check the Applications Event Viewer of the computer that is designated to synchronize your Active Directory with Microsoft Online Services to troubleshoot this issue. See Directory Synchronization Errors for more information about this issue.
Thank you,
Microsoft Online Services Team
How Do I fix this problem ?Thanks,
Brooke

Hi, you need to log into the server in your local domain which is running the Directory Synchronization and re-run the Directory Sync Configuration Wizard. More than likely the Password on the BPOS account that Dir Sync was running as expired. If you re-run the wizard it should fix the problem.

Chad is correct, check the server running the DirSync tool, either the credentials have become invalid or the server is offline and can't establish the connection between AD and BPOS.

In order to solve this issue I'm using some scripts run on windows task scheduler to force local AD to sync Microsoft Online Directory Services every single hour.
