Can't sign in. Problem verifying certificate from the server.
- We're checking out Microsoft Online Services and have enabled Office Communications Online. After downloading and installing OC 2007 R2, when I try to sign in I get this error: "There was a problem verifying the certificate from the server. Please contact your system administrator."
We're not having issues with any of the other services. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After enabling Office Communications Online for the first time, you should expect a delay before using within 48 hours, whether or not you manually configure. This is because our BPOS Active Directory needs time to propagate to our Office Communications Online Active Directory. Then time for Office Communications Online to generate the Address Book.
The Sign In application will configure Office Communicator once you enable Office Communications Online and detects that you have the correct version of Office Communicator installed. You will be prompted to configure Office Communicator the next time you sign into the Sign In application.
Note: Sign In applications automatically checks for updates once every 24 hours (estimate)
If you do not want to wait, Sign Out of the Sign In application and Sign back In. I highly recommend that you do not manually configure these settings as we can make changes to the server name.

- It's working now. The sign-in application alerted me that a new configuration was available. After running that, Office Communicator option appeared in the sign-in app and we could connect.
I enabled OC about 20 hours earlier. Is it normal to take this long to provision the service?
If anyone does not want to wait that long, here's the connection settings that the sign-in app uses to configure OC:
Internal/external server name or IP address: pool1.oconline.microsoftonline.com:443
Connect using: TLS
