    hi,

    I have installed MS office communicator r2 on windows server 2008 r2 it was working fine before I installed lync for testing...now my communicator is not working and it's showing error message like "cannot connect to the exchange server contact your system administrator" .

    additional info :-

    it's my private labi am using communicator through BPOS.

    I installed KB 423908 but it does not worked.

    finally solved the communicator problem,

    problem was due to the internal & external ip address settings.

    set the internal & external ip address by pool1.oconline.microsoftonline.com:443

    checked the TLS radio button....

    It solved my problem.
