    I have a couple of using complaining of the OCS client running extremely slow. Mixture of Windows XP SP3 and Windows 7 64-bit.  When I look at their machine, Communicator.exe will take up over 50% of the CPU and instead of using the normal 39K-40K of memory, it will be using over 70K of memory and will slowly keep grabbing more memory.

    I do not believe that it is an issue with the OCS server, as it does not effect everyone.  Nor do I believe it is a network issue and it does not effect everyone on the same network segments.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

    Hello Scott,

     

    How are you launching communicator client? Are you launching directly or from Microsoft Online Sign Client?
