This does rather cripple OCO for smaller clients and they end up running OCO + Messenger. Its also not easy to position OCO as a paid-for product that doesnt deliver voice when Live Messenger already does<br/><br/>If MS can get OCO up to the standard of OCS (VOIP, Telephony &amp; federation) this would be a phenomenal proposition &amp; could certainly be sold at a higher price in my opinion.
