Is the Software Learning Kit supported by Microsoft? If so, how do I install it? I cannot find any installation instructions.

SLK is the SharePoint Learning Kit. It is a community-source project initially developed by Microsoft but currently community-supported. You can find all SLK information on the SLK site at http://www.codeplex.com/slk. Installation instructions are in the GettingStarted document inside the ZIP package you downlod from that site.

SLK can be deployed on on-premises SharePoint deployments, but cannot be used with SharePoint Online.
