Management Pack Templates

Where can i learn to create Management Pack Templates own forms.I need to create this becouse i have many servers and i need template for adding them. if i create one template wicth i need it will be very good for my. i have installed Jee Aplication tamplate and Windows azure application template.please if someone have some manual or same simple template give it to me.
