Run As - Targeting for monitors

Hi,
I have at two-state script monitor which checks if there are any files in a given folder older than a specified threshold. I'm trying to run this monitor on a specific server, but the folder is a netapp-share so I have to give a UNC-path which the scom agent don't have rights to.
I've tried to run this monitor with a Run as-profile, but with out luck. As far as I am able to detect there is no way to specify a run-as profile on a specific monitor, only on MP's. I thought that would mean that all monitors in that MP would use the Run As-profile, but have had no success yet. Any ideas?
On beforehand,
thanks!
Thanks in advance, Best Regards

Hi,
I've created a blog post a while back demonstrating how to use a run as account with a monitor:
