Any issues running SCOM 2007 R2 agent on server core ?

Is anyone aware of issues monitoring server core operating systems using SCOM 2007 R2 agents ? I would hope not but interested to hear if any issues experienced by anyone ?

We've not got any issues for the last 2 or 3 years, it's just a bit more complex to manage (update agent etc).

As example: you must run a bootstrapper to install an earlier Cumulative Updates (prior to CU5), it's impossible on server core. Not a big deal if your agent was installed from a console (push-install) but it forces you to use a not recommended ways for a manually installed agents.
I am not aware of any OpsMgr documents specific to a server core. :(
