    We have been seeing some issues with the Tivoli Connector where an alert seems to get stuck.

    The condition that caused the alert goes to green and then the alert gets forwarded to the connector. The alert is sent to Tivoli as another critical alert, and then we start seeing Updating alert TicketID about 10-15 times.

    The only way I can get it to stop "Updating alert TicketID" is to restart the OpsMgr Tivoli Connector

     

    If you look in the ScInterop.log file we see..

    Hi. Have you tried posting this to the Cross Platform forum? http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/scinterop I'd move the thread, but I can't. Sorry.

    could be a cache issue.

    Have the services restarted in the series. Restart the provider service 1st and then the connector service.
