Engyro to TEC Connector Error - There is an error in XML document

Hi, I have started receiving the following engyro error every few minutes:

Event Source: Engyro OM2007 to Tivoli TEC Product Connector
Event Category: None
Event ID: 0
Date: 6/22/2009
Time: 10:00:46 AM
User: N/A
Description:
2009-06-22 10:00:46,696 Exception thrown Getting Events from EXD: There is an error in XML document (416, 733).
I turned up debugging and do not see more information of value other than the above error when the service is connecting to the EXD to receive events. I verified on the EXD side that the .evt files are being processed. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot/resolve?

Monday, June 29, 2009 10:41 PM We had a similar problem with some of the Exchange alerts going to TEC via Engyro. It had something to do with the way Engyro was formatting the XML when an alert contained http://address.site.com like just about all of the Exchange alerts do. Our TEC guy wrote a rule that stripped out any URLs from alerts and we stopped getting those error in XML document messages..
