    Hi,

    We need some clarification on the below points:

    1. Is System Center Operations Manager 2007 license available currently. If not, can we deploy SCOM 2007 from SCOM 2012 license (Downgrade Rights)?
    2. Can we deploy SCOM 2007/2012 at customer’s network in UK if procuring the license in India?
    3. What is the cost of individual license for SCOM 2012, if available ? otherwise license cost of System Center 2007/2012.

    Hi Amit,

    I don't think licensing works in downgrade mode... u always upgrade. 

    Please look at below url it has FAQ and does refer to these. If still un-answered your query I would suggest you to contact MS Volume Licensing Team

    Can I still purchase licenses for the old System Center server management products?
    License and Software Assurance (L&SA) offerings for existing versions of individual product Server Management Licenses and the individual product Management Server Licenses are being removed from the February 2012 Price List. After General Availability of System Center 2012 customers will be allowed to purchase Licenses of the previous version of System Center products.
