Error 8344 insufficient rights starting audit collection service

I have a test environment where I have installed SCOM 2012 SP1 Beta on a server. The server is a domain controller as well. SQL is running on a separate server. The SCOM components successfully (DB and MS) though the reporting server did not appear on the drop down menu in the wizard hence I could not install the reporting server. The reporting server is installed on the SQL server all under a named instance.
The second issue I have is when I try to install ACS, the DB installs successfully but the ACS service does not start. I receive the error "error 8344 insufficient rights starting audit collection service" when I try to start manually. All the service accounts and computer account are part of the domain admin group.
I know there was a warning not to install the components on a DC but this is only a warning and I have this working before on previous versions.
Anyone experienced the same issues and/or have any ideas on how I can fix these issues?
Thanks

Hi,
What if you install again and choose Add a feature, is it the possible to select Reporting server?
Check this about ACS
The Operations Manager Audit Collection Service does not start and Event ID 4668 is logged after you install Audit Collection Server from a read-only source

Hi
Yes I have tried "add feature" afterwards but still the same issue e.g. a blank drop down menu on the reporting services page.
In regards to ACS, I have seen this link but not related as the read-only feature is not ticked.

Hi, dont unterstand where are you installing SCOM Reporting components to? This computer must have SRSS installed and configured before installing SCOM Reporting. That's so? otherwise blank drop down men.
As For ACS try to check permission of registry path of service ACS..check SQL rights as well.
