exchange 2003 mail flow monitoring - scom 2012

Hi There,
I'm trying to configure mail flow minitor in SCOM 2012 for exchange 2003. i found the monitors:
"Exchange Mail Flow Monitor (Receiver Part)"
"Exchange Mail Flow Monitor (Sender Part)"
& did override on the exchange nodes. still i'm not recieving any messages. please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong here?
Can you share the step by step procedure to configure the same?

Did you already check out the Microsoft Exchange management pack configuration wizard: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17632
This wizard will guide you in setting up the mail flow monitors as well.
It's doing common things uncommonly well that brings succes.

Hi,
I ran the exchange MP config wizard on a server and enabled the mailflow monitoring counters. i'm now recieving messages like "Mailflow monitor (sender) reported a problem" both for sender & reciever...
Any workaround for this?
