    Hello,

I've recently changed the watcher node of some of my web applications monitored with SCOM. Now the ones with the ancient watcher node appear in gray state and new ones have been created with the new watcher node in the green/red state.

How could I delete the web applications linked to the ancient watcher node cause they both referenced the same Web application and they are just old duplicate.

    Regards

Not entirely sure, but this should groom out.  Web synthetic transactions take a while to get implemented and show green, so I suspect the older ones will be in the process of being removed by grooming.  How long has it been since you made this change?

Thanks, It's been like a day but duplicates are still here. I hope they will be groomed out, otherwise if someone know a way to delete it, please share it :)

Even, as far as I remember there is no need to delete anything once watcher node is removed from web application setting, system would groom it.

Can you ensure there is no distributed app created and web app is part of that along with watcher node, just double check.

    Thanks,

it should have been deleted automatically.

do you have any Groups, DAs which may have your old object as member?
