MSXML 6 service pack 2(KB954459)

Hi, please does anyone have a clue about this issue.....I uninstalled scom agent including the MSXML 6 from the server add and remove program and Then I tried to re-install the agent by installing MSXML 6 first but unfortunate it wont install and but is giving the following error message ....
.....Setup was interrupted before MSXML 6 service Pack 2(KB954459) could be completely installed.your system has not been modified.To complete installation another time, please run setup again......
Pls an help on this will be Highly appreciated.

Maybe you have a newer version with SP3 ;) check c:\widows\system32\msxml6.dll and check file version.
