All of our reports are coming out with badly distorted images. I have done some searching around, but I have not come up with anything yet. I have attached a

screenshot. Is anyone else having issues?

Haven't see this.  Is this for SCOM 2007 R2?  If so does this show up every place you run the report?  Operator console from a persons desktop, the RMS, etc, or just on one persons console installed in one location?

If its happening everywhere, then I don't know what to tell ya, if it's happening on only one box, then you can try to clear the Internet Explorer cache (delete it), then open the console with /clearcache switch (might be /clear cache), run the report and see if it's fixed.

Some times the report tab shows nothing and throws an error, the IE cache fix will fix that problem, so I am guessing it might fix this.

I also get these distorted icons when running reports in 2012 RTM.

SCOM 2012 RTM, multiple machines.  I tried running the reports directly from SQL Reporting Services, but that has problems in itself, and I was unable to get that working.

Ah, don't know what to tell ya.  If it's happening everywhere, then I would suspect an issue with SRS and or the actual reports themselves, but I don't know.  Since more than one of you is having this issue, you might want to log a bug on connect for this issue.

It appears to be a bug with the Service Level Tracking report in OM 2012 and how those graphic images are rendered in the report (red/green state).

If you try to run it directly from SSRS, be advised that many of the report parameter fields that would be populated using the report controls presented in the OM Console now require you to manually enter those parameters.  Not for the faint of heart...

I suspect it is an issue with the report definition itself because a quick review of the graphic images themselves appear to be fine (found in the same folder as the reports themselves when viewing via SSRS Report Manager).
