Outlook BCM tool on SQL2008 - Cannot find database created to share

We installed the outlook 2010 BCM tool to create the Database in aSQL2008 Server. When I choose the option to share the database is does find the running instance we installed it on called RNSC. When I choose this instance, it does not find the database on the next drop down.
I logged into the SQL2008 and found the database was created calledBCM.
When I choose the option on the tool to backup a database, and choose the running instance RNSC, the next screen it does recognize the BCM database in the drop down!?!?!?
How to I get the new database to appear as a selection when using the tool to share a database?PS-My IT company is taking too long so I am trying to do this myself, with limited IT knowledge!

Hello
we are having the same issue here: SQL Server 2008 R2 server with a 2010 BCM database, trying to share out the BCM database instance via the 2010 BCM database tool results in a empty database list after selecting the MSSMLBIZ instance. The BCM database can thus not be shared out, but it is possible to select the database to do a restore and backup.
The links provided by Tony do NOT help.
Were you able to solve this problem?
Thanks
