Unable to send email to specific user
-
Friday, May 04, 2012 8:43 PMOkay, this is weirding me the heck out. My office is separated into 2 floors. All of the computers are on the same network and domain, and every single one of them connect to the same exchange server. Now, all of the computers on the first floor cannot email me. They get a "Undeliverable. User doesn't exist." error message. Meanwhile, everyone on the second floor and external emails reach me just fine. I can even send emails to the first floor personnel, but they can't reply. I'm at a loss here. Any ideas? Thank you very much!

Monday, May 07, 2012 1:20 PMYes, I've checked the email address. I've typed it in myself at every single computer. On top of that, if you type my name, and then click "Check Names", it finds me with no problem. I couldn't really understand the rest of your message though.
