    Hi,

    As it stands we have a number of users who all full access (ownership permissions) to each others calendars in Outlook. One particular user (who uses Office 2003 Pro) is getting every single other users reminders in addition.

    All of the other users can see & amend other users' calendar entries, but receive all their reminders, which is the way it should be.

    Does anyone know what I can do to prevent this one user from receiving every other users Outlook reminders??

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    So far I have:
    * removed re-created Outlook profiles
    * removed all calendar entries and re-added them
    * performed the outlook.exe /cleanreminders switch

    None of the above have resolved the issue.

    My next step will be to rename the existing windows users profile to .old > create new user profile > check if issue still occurs

    Hi,

    By default, Outlook 2003 should only get reminders for their own calendar, not a shared calendar. So how are the calendars added to outlook? Did they open it using File, Open, other users folder or by adding it as a secondary exchange mailbox in their profile? Using any third party reminder add-in?

    Please test using cache mode, remove related delegate, remove reminder add-in.
    Reducing the permission see whether this problem still happen,

    Any problem feel free to post back.

    Cheers,

    hi,

    user is only using their own outlook profile (no additionals) and calendars are being added as "Shared Calendars" ( calendar > open shared calendar ) . No third party software reminder add-ins either

    I have tried the following:

    * compleltey removed all other users calendars > configured permissions on all other users so ensure she only has "Reviewer"acccess > re-added the calendars as shared calendars

    * re-created outlook profile > disabled cache mode

    * removed any re-occurring reminders from other users

    Over the weekend she received 16 reminders (for other users), should have had 0. Still not sure what do next..
