Answered attachment file appearing at message body instead of attached field

    Outlook 2010.

While creating a new email message and trying to attach a file, this file appears at my message body instead of at the attached field line (as the subject line). How can I enable an attached file to appear at the attached line and not at the message body?

Your help is appreciated. God bless

    Oliver

Sounds like you message format is set to Rich Text.  When set at Rich Text, the attachment shows in the body.  Switch the message format to HTML or Plain Text, and then the attachment will show under the subjet line.
