Monday, March 26, 2012 9:54 AMHello, can someone advise please. There is a huge message probably with attachment trying to download (24MB) on Outlook. I am not expecting anything this large and when the download appears to be complete it goes to "send/receive error" 0x800CCC0F and nothing appears. Tried everything I know to download but now other messages of importance are stacking up and this one huge message is blocking them all. Is there any way we can delete the offending message? There may be a cap on downloads but I thought that would normally return the message to the sender. Any help greatly appreciated.

Version of Outlook?
Type of mail account? POP3, IMAP, Exchange, Hotmail, other...?
Have you already looked at your mailbox via your web mail? Delete the message there, or move it to another folder and then press Send/Receive again in Outlook.
