Outlook 2010 Send/Receive error 0x80070005

! Task ‘Microsoft Exchange – Sending and Receiving’ reported error (0x80070005): ‘You don’t have appropriate permission to perform this operation.'
A few Office 2010 are receiving this error only when in Cached mode. It never makes it to the Sync issues folder but get a send/receive error message. 0x80070005.
Removing and rebuilding the profile resolves the problem for a while, but the same error eventually comes back. This appears to happen on multiple Office 2010 installs. We are running Exchange 2003.
I am losing my hair rapidly!

Hi,
I suggest you Delete and recreate the ost file.
Before deleting, copy it to other place as a backup first, to avoid unexpected problems
