Error message when I try to open Microsoft Outlook

I purchased home and business 2010 especially for Outlook. When I try to open outlook, I receive a message stating
"Cannot start microsoft outlook. Cannot open the outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened."
Where do I go from here? help

Sounds like you've already tried to configure Outlook before and then deleted its message store.
Start with a new mail profile via the Mail applet in Control Panel and configure your account with the settings provided by your ISP or corporation.
