Exchange account does not use the right Suggested Contact folder

Suggested contacts are saving into the good folder but when typing a name into a new message outlook is using to wrong folder (there is 2 suggested contact folder one for main acccount and another for deleguate) How can I switch that ?

As the theory goes, Outlook use its default account suggested contact as the Address Book in normal situation. If the connector is going to make a new Suggested Contacts folder, it needs to be local only, like the Journal, Tasks, and Notes are. Outlook will only let you make Mail and Calendar folders in a connector account.
This is my test contact folder:
After testing, we cannot create Outlook contacts into “tonychen - Suggest contact” automatically after we sent messages , even be on behalf of "tony chen".
To work around this situation, if we have edit rights for the “tonychen – Suggest Contacts”, we may manually copy the contacts from local suggest contact.If there is any misunderstanding, please let me know. Thanks.
