Tuesday, May 08, 2012 7:14 PMI am using outlook 2010 and exchange 2010sp1
I have my mailbox and a test linked mailbox that I have full access and send as permissions as well as a 3rd mailbox that is local
I can send emails no problem. I cant assign a seperate signature for each mailbox because only the default account is in the drop down. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Hi,
How did you add the second mailbox and the 3rd party mailbox in Outlook 2010?
I have one Exchange account (set as default), one Hotmail account, one Gmail account(IMAP &POP access). All the accounts are visible in signature drop down. (see the picture)
At this point, please create a new Outlook profile and check the result. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829918
Feel free to post back. Thanks.
Cheers,
