Unanswered Outlook 2010 single quote sort issues

    I have Outlook 2010

Sometimes when the Sent message is stored in a folder the name has single quote marks around it. Sometimes it does not. The problem is that when I sort the names alphabetically, they are in two different groups.

The e-mails go through - this is only a display problem.

This happens on new messages, FW messages, and RE messages. Sometimes the single quotes are there, sometimes not.

This happens with names that are in the Contact list or names that are not sometimes with single quotes, sometimes not.

The address type-ahead list does not have any names with single quotes.

IS there a way to make the alphabetization ignore the leading single quote?
