Outlook public contacts font issue.

Currently using Outlook 2010 with hosted exchange.
We have all our contacts the the public folders. We access them using two PCs and two Macs. For some reason it periodically messes up the fonts used in the contact files. Everything either turns italic or just plain text on it's own.
Is there any solution for this or reason why it's happening?

Hi,
Does PCs access public folder contact have this problem? or only Mac?
This phenomenon caused your machine doesn’t install that Font, if you open contacts without installation type fonts, software will replace those content you have installed. Please select Contact - click view ribbons - view settings – Font to change your Font.
Thanks.

Both the PCs and Macs access it, also two iphones.
This also happens to the public calendar items.- Edited by Felix Olivo Friday, July 06, 2012 3:27 PM
