    The ability to right click to copy for pasting has disappeared...now an icon of a hand is there and, will only copy the entire text...not just certains areas I want to select... how do I get rid of this icon and go back to the normal process of right click to copy???

    Hi,

    You might turn on the Panning Hand option. The option sits right above the vertical scrollbar on the right side of the message. You can click the hand icon to turn it off or press the ESC button on your keyboard to get the normal mouse pointer back.
