    Hi,
the analyst portal is to handle change requests. For example if a manager gets one change each 6 month to review he or she can use the portal instead of have the big console installed

to Access it open IIS then Default site then search for Analyst portal and then click browse

    Hi Myrzo,

If we are talking about SCSM 2010 then what MedhatRizk wrote is true (even if I'd say that it's used to handle activities instead of changes). If we are talking SCSM 2012 there are no Analyst portal. So no, you cannot see all the work items assigned to the analyst in either of the SCSM portals.

(Confusing typo in your subject btw :) )

    Hello there,

I just came across this post. Excuse the plug but if you are still looking for a solution then the company I work for Cireson has a browser / device agnostic analyst web experience, which is built on HTML 5 http://www.cireson.com/app-store/web-console/. Includes full incident management to create, update, and close incidents.

Please contact me for more information on team@cireson.com

    Thanks,

    Paul.
