PerformancePoint Filter - Save as default permissions

Hello,
On our PerformancePoint 2010 SP1 dashboards, we have added the Apply button, with Save as default button option. In the development Sharepoint server, this functionality works, however in production it does not. What permissions are required to save sticky (default) filters using the apply button functionality?
The sticky filters work without the apply button, however it doesn't make sense to refresh the reports with every filter change.
Is there a hotfix for this issue?

To the best of my knowledge this was never updated or provided in the online documentation once SP1 was released and this was included as new functionality. Based on some testing in order to enable the 'Save as my defaults' the users need the Update Personal Web Parts permission that is part of the Personal Permissions. If they have this permission the checkbox will be enabled on the dashboard page.
