RDP drive mapping

Hello All,
I am facing some issues while mapping my drives on to the server. Please find the details under mentioned:
Server Detail:
Windows Server 2008 R2 Data center
Service Pack 1
Host Computer:
Windows 7 ultimate
32 Bit Operating System
RDP on the Host computer:
Remote Desktop Connection
Shell Version 6.1.7600
RDP 7.0 supported
The Drives on the local machine maps but it takes time to pop up on the server. Also I have enabled Drives redirection on the server end.
Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Device and Resource Redirection Disabled: Do not Allow drive redirection Also Enabled the drive mapping Start\Administrative Tools\Remote Desktop services\Remote desktop session Host configuration go to properties to connection\Client settings\uncheck the drive options.
Please assist.
