Answered Run Program does not work after upgrade to RTM.

    Hello,

    We have a runbook configured to use the run program activity to start a disk defrag. The runbook has been working fine for months untill we upgraded to the RTM version. Since then the 'Run Program' activity fails with the following error:

    Could not start Orchestrator Run Program Service service on JHEDISAPP9 - The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.   (code 1053)

     And at the same time we recive the following alert from SCOM:

    The Orchestrator Run Program Service service is marked as an interactive service.  However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services.  This service may not function properly.

    To make things even more confusing. We have another runbook with the 'Run Program' activity with the same exact parameters configured and it works fine.

    Has anyone encoutered this? Any suggestions?
