Remove Manage Content and Structure Access

Wednesday, October 28, 2009 12:50 PMI have some users that need to be able to edit pages but I dont want them to have access to the manage Site Content and structure Page.
Do you know what permisson controls this?

If I give the user read only permission to the site, and break permission inheritance in the Page library and give the user full control in the page library, then the user would be able to edit the page (site action -> edit page) while not be able to see “manage content and structure” in site action.
