I have Windows 2008 R2, 64bit, MOSS SP2 version. I enabled "Enable Client Integration" on the Intrasite site. Still the option is not showing on the page.
What will be the problem?

Did you try this from a client that has MS Office 2007 or higher installed ?

Your machine is 64-bit and this problem presents itself with the 64-bit version of IE. When using the 32-bit version, the multiple document upload option is present.
See the detail:http://spgeekchick.com/2011/02/13/sharepoint-2007-and-windows-7-cant-open-files-in-explorer-view-no-option-to-upload-multiple-documents-2/

Hi,
Go to your document library and click on Upload document.
In the next page add this &MultipleUpload=1 into the URL and it will open upload multiple documents for you.
I hope this will help you out

The problem is here is...
I have 2 zones on the web application. Default zone is FBA (Forms) site and Intranet zone is Windows. I have to disable Client Integration on FBA (Default) zone and enabled in Intranet zone. Then none of them are showing.
If enabled in FBA (Default) zone and enabled in Intranet zone. Then both of them are showing. But FBA site will not work Client Integration.
This was worked fine previously when my systems are on 32 versions of MOSS SP1. Now we moved to 64bit Windows 2008 with MOSS SP2 version.
I cannot turned on FBA zone. But I need on Intranet zone.
