Sharepoint Task created in Outlook disappears from listI have several users that have an intermittent problem where tasks created via Outlook in a Sharepoint Task List disappear from the list of tasks as soon as they are created. It doesn't happen to every task. They can be assigned to the same user but still one will not show up on the list when it is saved and the next one will show up. It has happened to three users so far. Unfortunately two of them are the CEO and COO.

We are using MOSS2007 and Outlook 2007. I have searched the web for several hours with no hits related to this specific issue. I know it is a very vague description but it's all I have to go with. The users are outside the office using RPC over HTTP for their Outlook connection into the network. The Sharepoint site is also available internally and externally. Any thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated.© 2009 Microsoft Corporation. I have a users who have connected to a task list and when they edit items in Outlook 2007 the items disappear and show up in the"Sync Issues" folder, but if they go into SharePoint and edit the item (the item that disappeared) it shows back up in their Outlook Task List. I have tried creating another task list and attempted to replicate the issue successfully. Any suggestions?
Thu, 16 Jul 2009 15:29:18 Z2009-07-16T15:29:18Z
