January Meeting Information

This month we have decided to have a quiet one as people settle into the New Year and are catching up from the holiday period.

When & Where:

· Where: Microsoft Innovation Centre Auditorium

· Address: Level 2, Westpac House, King William Street, Adelaide (Map – Entrance is actually on Curry Street)

· When: Tuesday the 20^th of January (20/01/2009).

Agenda:

The agenda for this month’s evenings activities are:

· 5:30PM – Arrive, Relax and Network

· 6:00PM – Welcome & Introductions – Daniel Brown

· 6:15PM – Things to come in the SharePoint and User Group space - Daniel Brown

The next 12 months is gearing up to bring some great things in the SharePoint space. This brief presentation will bring information directly from the heart of Microsoft and the MVP program directly to members and the SharePoint Community

· 6:45PM – Developing for SharePoint - Daniel Brown

In this overview, Daniel will talk about some of the fundaments and basics of Developing Master Pages, Content Types, Web Parts, Application Pages, Console and Web Applications. It is intended to be an audience interactive event.

· 7:30PM – Open SharePoint Forum

Bring along your SharePoint Questions and ask the experts.

· 7:45PM(ish) – Meeting Close and Move to the Grange Chancellor for refreshments.
