Add Webpart - Webpage Dialog
Can I customize the width in "Add Webpart - Webpage Dialog" ... where can i do?
I want to customize it because i can`t "add webpart" (see picture-1) if I want to add webpart then i have to change the width in the Webpage Dialog (see picture-2)

- Are you using any custom CSS on your site/page? It seems that the button's position is incorrect from the dialog box.
Does this happen in every page where you want to add a web part? What about a new web part page with no content on it? If it works on this new web part page, then you probably have some custom CSS that's affecting the button's position.
It could be an installation issue too, although I'm not familiar with Sharepoint installation.
