Excel Web Service Error

Hi Guys,

I have the following errors when I am trying to call the web method "OpenWorkBook" from the excel Web Service.

ExcelServerSharedWebApplication.Local: An exception was thrown by configdb infrastructure: System.InvalidOperationException: ExcelServerSharedWebApplication.Local: Could not get ServerContext.Current, which indicates that either SharePoint or the SSP infrastructure isn't provisioned correctly or that we're running outside of a web context. at Microsoft.Office.Excel.Server.ExcelServerSharedWebApplication.get_Local().

I just wanna tell you that I have MOSS complete installation on 1 server
