I have a workflow made in SPD which works fine when the task is generated for a single user. Where I'm running into trouble is having the task sent to an AD group and then having any member of that group be able to edit and complete that task. If I have the task notification sent to the AD group, they will not be able to edit the task. If I have the task sent to the SP group, they will not get the email. Is there a way, in SPD, to create the task with edit permission specific to the AD group that receives the new task notification?

    To clarify... and a question

When you have the task set to an "AD Security Group" they...
    1. Do not get an email alerting them of the task
    2. Cannot Edit the Task to set it to complete

Question:  Is this Outlook 2003 or 2007?
