    We only get this view when trying to edit a shared web part. I cannot pull that scroll bar down to see the whole page.

    I am not sure how this got set this way and don't know how to change it.  We can see everything on that page, but only through scrolling in that tiny rectangular window.  Is there a way to reset this to full screen?

    What browser are you using? What version of your browser? You can check this article regarding browser supportability http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc263526(office.12).aspx

    Try using Mozilla are you having the same problem.

    This did not solve the issue.  It did not used to look like this.  It's the modify web part that is giving that strange screen.  Almost like part of the Sharepoint code itself is messed up.
