QuestionInfopath - problems after upgrade from WSS 2.0 to Wss 3.0

We have recently upgraded from Wss 2.0 to 3.0 and then to MOSS.
We are not able to work submit new Infopath  forms or edit existing ones.
We get an error saying - the Infopath cannot open a new blank file. Network problems preventing
this file - contact you administrator.

When I try to modify the template i get the error that the Infopath file format is invalid.
Form settings - relink shows the WSS 2.0 site link.

We are having office 2003 on our client machines.
We have enabled Submit option of Infopath and have a URL hardcoded in the Dataconnections.

    Any ideas?

You probably need to fix all the data connections and associations in the form, including a re-publish.  You said you can't even open the template in design mode?  You have only InfoPath 2003 and are trying to open an InfoPath 2003 template?

    Hi Cobb,

    Thanks for the reply.

I have missed an important point in my post.

The Infopath works fine after the Upgrade to MOSS.
We enabled 2-factor authentication using RSA.For this we have Form Based Authentication enabled.
We are not able to open, edit or created new infopath forms after this was done.

So, the issue is not with the upgrade but its with FBA + Office 2003.

Any ideas how to make this working or any workaround?
