    Approach 1:
Add a Repeating Table to your Form with 3 columns.
Bind the repeating table to list [I am assuming list connection already created].
Use ID for 1st column, User Name for 2nd column &  Description for 3rd column..
Now right click on control in 1st column and change it to Check Box.

    Approach 2:
Drag a Repeating Group to your Form. (Assuming Data Source having 3 column: Use ID, User Name &  Description).
Now right click on control in 1st column and change it to Check Box.

Instead, just drag the repeating group from the secondary data connection to the canvas and let it automatically create the repeating table.

Don't think that's going to work, though.

You drag it FROM the data source - it is bound automatically.  You don't drag from the control box - you drag the repeating group from the secondary data source.

I can't understand what you mean.  Could you give an example?  How is your list built so that it shows multiple descriptions for one person?  Do you have multiple list items for each person?  Why do you need those descriptions to have checkboxes?

Even if we drag repeating control on canvas We need to bind with some datasource.
