The &quot;title&quot; of document is saved in metadata of the document. In word 2007, you can click the office icon -&gt; prepare -&gt; properties. Then you can see the real &quot;title&quot;. It is different from the name of the doc file.<br/> It's my guess, cannot see your picture very clearly. Hope helps.
