Hi,
I set up a Wiki-Website and the design of the page for new articles is different of all the other pages. I don't know why. Can somebody help me out?

If you created this site as I suppose using the Wiki template, then you get the functionality provided by that template.
Anywhere it is different to that of one created by using a standard Team Site template, it's been a design choice when creating the Wiki template.
(If you want to see major differences, create a site based on the Blank template and compare that to a site based on the standard Team Site template).
